The McCoy Company

The McCoy Company is a world-class, personal services consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, economic development, and training that helps clients articulate and achieve their visions, make decisions and solve problems, and capitalize on their opportunities.

 

William McCoy established The McCoy Company in 1985, after a fast-paced career in public service highlighted by two White House appointments.  The McCoy Company has served all levels of government, nonprofits, and the private sector since its inception.  Before establishing The McCoy Company, Mr. McCoy served in senior positions with several high-powered, national think tanks serving state and local government and their elected and appointed officials (like the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies).  Mr. McCoy has been involved with over $2 billion in development projects, managed a statewide consortium of 12 community foundations, and contributed to a host of cutting-edge initiatives (like the Negotiated Investment Strategy experiment- a White House intergovernmental relations initiative, which resulted in a $1/2 billion agreement between all three levels of government and the private sector).  He is a prolific author with over 100 published works, an award-winner, and innovator who holds a BA degree in economics and a MPA in finance and administration, plus numerous professional certifications.  Mr. McCoy is a dynamic speaker, who has appeared before over 40,000 people in a variety of venues.  William McCoy is profiled in Who’s Who in the World and elsewhere.
