The McCoy Company is expert in the design and delivery of skill-based, competency-driven training and professional development interventions focused on a variety of topics- such as meeting management and group facilitation, program evaluation, nonprofit and community marketing, resource development and fundraising), strategic planning, other topics that give nonprofit staff and volunteers the critical skills they need to thrive in today's world.

Our seminars, workshops, and short-courses were created for serious professionals and volunteers who desire skill-driven, competency-based education with a real-world orientation.  Most of these unique workshops feature a half-day (4-hour) "core course" and an optional half-day "tutorial" or "practicuum."  Get the instruction you need in a half-day or (at your option) stay all day and practice these skills.  You will leave with the skills, competencies, and working tools necessary to put our techniques to immediate use.  The knowledge and expertise you will acquire can dramatically increase your performance, profile, and (possibly) pay.
